Robert Is in the Business of helping people build Relationships.  These relationships involve Business to Business through networking, speaking and presentations through Toastmasters, and connections through communications tools such as Send Out Cards.

Robert Norris, founded Norris Advanced Networking under the tutelage of Randall Brubaker.  From it’s meager beginnings as a group of four (including Robert & Randall!).  Norris Advanced Networking had over 100 people attend the first anniversary celebration in June of 2007!  Photos available from the 2009 anniversary on the Gallery Page!

Robert is a natural people magnet!  His sense of humor, smile and friendly, attentive manner serve as the glue for the organization.  After attending a meeting you can see why he has one of the fastest growing groups in the Greater Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.

History of Norris Networking Group

Bob Norris founded Norris Advanced Networking under the guidance of Randall Brubaker.  The Norris Advanced Networking Group has grown from single digit numbers in mid 2006 to 117 wonderful networkers at the second anniversary edition June 2008!

Bob is an exceptional people person that truly enjoys working with and helping people through the Norris Advanced Networking Group.  His mission is to bring people and their businesses together through informal networking venues such as his Friday group that meets at Crazy Pinz.  Along with his co-host Cindy Beyer, Bob welcomes people from all walks of life and business.  The Norris Advanced Networking Group adds special emphasis, focusing on assisting career seekers or those who are looking for a replacement job.  He encourages these folks to attend the group and bring resumes and business cards.

Ever since Bob retired from the professional Industrial world (36 years) he helps people make the correct connections as well as helping people find the right health and wellness tools and supplements for them.  There are many excellent health and wellness products on the market and each person should find what works best for them.

Bob is also a superb communications resource for networkers.  Many people fear public speaking.  His professional communications know-how in Business and Industry, as well as with Toastmasters, positions him as an exceptional resource to help take your personal or group presentations to the next level!    He is Sgt.-At-Arms of his club (the Bob Leiman group) and invites everyone to join him at the Bob Leiman Toastmasters Club that meets the second and fourth Mondays of the month at the Northcrest Pizza Hut from 5:45-8:00 pm.

Bob is also always delighted to chat with you about his personal passion for exceptional client communications – - SendOutCards!

Bob was honored by being nominated for a 2008 Business Innovation Award for the Norris Advanced NetWorking Group!
