Mission of the

2012 – 2013

Lieutenant Governor Marketing

 

Membership:

1. Promote Recruitment

2.  Focus on Retention

Clubs:

1. Net growth in District by 10 clubs

2. Retain all current clubs

3. Revitalize vulnerable clubs (at risk clubs)

4. Encourage each club to strive for DCP membership levels

Leadership:

The Lieutenant Governor Marketing (LGM) will work closely with Divisions and Division Leadership to build Division marketing teams.

Purpose: To empower each Division to take ownership of their Division rather than Big Brother being the one to tell them what to do.  When local people become involved and take ownership of the project they tend to strive to achieve their goal.

 

Team Accomplishments

• Co-Coached Smoky Montgomery TM Club to Select Distinguished Status 2010 – 2011.

• Bob Leiman Club attained President’s Distinguished Status (10 of 10 points) 2010 – 2011.

• Area 21 attained Distinguished Status 2010-2011.

• Division B attained Distinguished Status 2010-2011.

• Division B presented three successful Division Make Up Officer Training Sessions 2010-2011.

• Co-sponsored two new Clubs for Division B:  Advanced Speakers and Leaders and R.F.W. (Raytheon Fort Wayne) in 2010-2011.

• Works with the team of:  Peggy Ball (Area 23), Patricia Knaebe (Area 24), and Jack Young (Area 22).

• Co-Chair of the very successful 2009 District Fall Conference.
